Standard production time is typically 7-10 business days after digital proof approval. Shipping time will vary based on your location. We do offer rush production options for tight deadlines on select products.
Yes! We highly recommend ordering a blank or pre-branded sample to check the quality before placing a large order. Custom branded samples with your specific logo are also available for an additional setup fee.
For the highest quality print or embroidery, we require vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or vector .PDF formats. If you only have high-resolution PNG or JPG files, our design team can help convert them for a small fee.
